A city on an island between Chakazia and Kutanda, no one really knows what goes on there. The entire island is surrounded by a wall, and the only feature besides that is a single arching toward, it's tip hanging down over the center of the city. The only noise is a shrill shrieking sporadically, like a woman screaming in anger, but more sinister.
There are only two known facts about the city are that it is home to the Archon only known as The Quartz Mistress, and that the boat, seen taking passengers over from the guarded coastal pier only ever returns with it's crew.
