Editing City of Silence

A city on an island between [[Chakazia]] and [[Kutanda]], no one really knows what goes on there. The entire island is surrounded by a wall, and the only feature besides that is a single arching toward, it's tip hanging down over the center of the city. The only noise is a shrill shrieking sporadically, like a woman screaming in anger, but more sinister.

There are only two known facts about the city are that it is home to the Archon only known as [[The Quartz Mistress]], and that the boat, seen taking passengers over from the guarded coastal pier only ever returns with it's crew.
